1 thought on “UN ‘at risk’ amidst ‘record-level’ cash crisis, says Secretary-General”

  1. The United Nations has nearly always been a useless, money-sucking organization that is becoming increasingly irrelevant in an age of increasing bilateral agreements between its members.

The statement that, “The Secretary-General noted that this [cash shortfalls] is a recurrent problem that severely hampers the Secretariat’s ability to fulfill its obligations to the people we serve” is laughable because the hugely overstaffed and overpaid UN bureaucracy serves nobody except itself.
