  1. A Caribbean prime minister, GASTON BROWNE has accused Barbados of using its majority shareholding in LIAT to run rough-shod over the minority stakeholders.
ST JOHNS, Antigua – Prime Minister Gaston Browne in a letter to prime ministers of BARBADOS, MIA MOTTLEY; Roosevelt Skerrit of Dominica; and Ralph Gonsalves of St Vincent and the Grenadines. Mr Browne you have AGAIN accused BARBADOS of doing this and that, now you want their SUPPORT … it, therefore, boggles the mind why you should now be expecting to gain support from Barbados. You want her to plug more money into LIAT to help keep Antiguans jobs safe and ignore her own … you think MIA MOTTLEY is a FOOL?

  2. Prime Minister Gaston Browne in a letter to prime ministers of BARBADOS, MIA MOTTLEY; Roosevelt Skerrit of Dominica; and Ralph Gonsalves of St Vincent and the Grenadines expressed optimism and a reorganization plan for LIAT 1974 Ltd. After what the GOVERNOR of the CENTRAL BANK of BARBADOS said LAST YEAR, you STILL want the PRIME MINISTER OF BARBADOS to IGNORE her OWN ADVISER in FAVOR of the citizens of ANTIGUA?
